Qld Property Advice was set up with everyday people wishing to build a successful property portfolio in mind. The founder (Peter Spencer) and business partner's (Mark Browning & Brad Dolahenty) are property investors with combined industry experience of more than 35 years.

They are both a ‘product of the product', meaning they have bought property using the method they teach.

Peter Spencer

Peter Spencer (Pom) knows the value of a dollar. Born in the tiny steel town of Thornaby-on-Tees, England, Peter’s family had little money and struggled to make ends meet.

But Peter’s determination and ‘can do’ attitude has seen him break the poverty cycle to become a self-made property millionaire, sought after speaker, business owner, adviser and consultant to large corporations.

Peter learnt the principals of property investing from many arenas over the years including from his own mistakes. It is from these mistakes Peter says he has learnt the most valuable lessons.

Peter and his wife Jenene started investing in 1987 and have built a multi-property portfolio throughout Australia.

In 2000, Peter founded Vision Property Australia and has since added Queensland Property Advice, Northern Territory Property Panel (NTPP), Wealthy Women in Property, NSW Property Panel, Victoria Property Panel and SA Property Panel to his business portfolio. Peter created and owns many of these companies with former clients now business partners.
“My partners are a product of the product and therefore are the best people to share the wisdom”

Having worked with major investment companies, and studied all of the so-called experts and books, Peter says a simple and robust system is the key to success. He is happy to share his knowledge at no cost because he believes it is universal knowledge and he is passionate about seeing others prosper.

Peter features in the best-selling book Mr Millionaire, which tells the inspiring stories of 16 Aussie blokes who went from broke to mega-millionaire. Peter also features in another best-seller  by Jennie Brown "Property Millionaires".

Prior to investing in property, Peter was a writer for the television program Fast Forward, and the special events manager at Hamilton Island - where he met his first mentor and life friend Keith Williams.

Mark Browning

Mark has a passion for watching family, friends and clients grow their equity and cashflow in their own property portfolio's so that they too can be in control of their retirement plan.

He started off with the Australian Federal Police and NSW Police service for a number of years, following his studies at uni in Criminal Justice. He then moved into the finance sector as a Trade Credit Broker managing the Qld office and a portfolio of multi-million dollar businesses.

When he was just 26 Mark started his investment portfolio with his first investment property purchased in Qld. "At the time of my first property purchase I was on a very low income, so it was difficult to see the big picture in how I was going to acquire a large portfolio. With the rapid increase in population in SE Qld it had the knock on effect of pushing property prices upward which resulted in increasing my equity to duplicate the process several times over. Qld has certainly been my best performing market for growth."

He has since added to this portfolio with other properties through South-East Qld, Melbourne and Perth. His passion and energy for real estate has led him on his journey to now be working alongside Peter, Brad, Mark, Quang and Jennifer.

"I enjoy researching and talking about property so much that it became clear that I wanted to also help and educate others about building wealth through investment property."

"I was very fortunate when I moved to Brisbane several years ago to have met Pom (Peter Spencer). He has taught me a lot about property over the years and I always knew that my mentor would one day also become my business partner."

Brad Dolahenty

Brad Dolahenty knows property. The co-founder of Northern Territory Property Panel, (NTPP), Brad has been investing in property for more than 17 years.

Self-employed at 21, Brad bought his first investment property at 22 and spent the next few years building a sound understanding of how to create wealth from renovating and restoring properties.
It was during these early years that Brad says he made ‘all the right mistakes’ spending long hours doing the hard, hands-on work renovating only to realise there is an easier and faster way to achieve a better result; purchase property with a focus on capital growth.

After listening to his now business partner and co-founder of NTPP Peter Spencer speak at an investment property workshop, Brad recognised that this knowledge would change his life and the lives of those around him. He immediately set about building NTPP with Peter so that they could share the information with all who wanted to take responsibility for their own financial future.

“You need to constantly associate with people who are intelligent, motivated and free thinkers. That is why our workshops are all about informing our clients about how they can also change their lives,” Brad says.

“Information mixed with action is one of the most useful tools when it comes to creating your own financial freedom.”

Brad, who grew up on a cattle farm in New South Wales, says that sharing this incredible knowledge with positive and proactive people is easily one of the best aspects of his professional life.

With passion and an enthusiastic approach to his life, Brad, gets his motivation from his best friend and wife Katrina and his two beautiful children Faith and Jack.

Brad has realised that the secret to life is to spend stress-free time with family and friends.

“I don’t love money but I love how money can free up my time so I can do, have and be anything I want, and property has been the catalyst for this achievement,” he says.
