Quang Tran managed to escape his impoverished homeland community of Vietnam in 1976. He landed on his feet in Brisbane and recognised that education was one of the keys to success. Throwing himself into a Bachelor of Applied Science he followed his father’s wishes by working successfully in the medical profession for many years treating cancer patients.

Throughout this time, Quang couldn’t help but be lured by his continued aspiration for higher financial achievements and so he jumped the medical ship and joined the financial services industry in 2001. Becoming a successful Financial Planner and Mortgage Broker, he has established a very successful business to teach clients how to create wealth from every aspect.
Quang started investing in property as soon as he had scraped his first deposit together. Never content to sit and wait for opportunities, Quang has managed to grow his own property portfolio through careful research of property trends and ongoing analysis of the various markets.

Quang has a passion for wealth and has recognised that diversification is an important part of any investment portfolio. Successful property investors are able to locate investment properties that are both easy to rent and have potential for good capital growth. Sticking to the fundamentals was the key to a successful property portfolio.

Drawing on his financial advisor experience, Quang actually gets a lot of pleasure out of sharing his knowledge in how to leverage all assets to increase wealth effectively. In helping clients from QPA, NTPP and SAPP, Quang with his partners Peter Spencer and Brad Dolahenty has formed the Victoria Property Panel (VPP) to share the passion and the knowledge.
