Peter Spencer (Pom) knows the value of a dollar. Born in the tiny steel town of Thornaby-on-Tees, England, Peter’s family had little money and struggled to make ends meet.

But Peter’s determination and ‘can do’ attitude has seen him break the poverty cycle to become a self-made property millionaire, sought after speaker, business owner, adviser and consultant to large corporations.

Peter learnt the principals of property investing from many arenas over the years including from his own mistakes. It is from these mistakes Peter says he has learnt the most valuable lessons.

Peter and his wife Jenene started investing in 1987 and have built a multi-property portfolio throughout Australia.

In 2000, Peter founded Vision Property Australia and has since added Queensland Property Advice, Northern Territory Property Panel (NTPP), Wealthy Women in Property, NSW Property Panel, Victoria Property Panel and SA Property Panel to his business portfolio. Peter created and owns many of these companies with former clients now business partners.
“My partners are a product of the product and therefore are the best people to share the wisdom”

Having worked with major investment companies, and studied all of the so-called experts and books, Peter says a simple and robust system is the key to success. He is happy to share his knowledge at no cost because he believes it is universal knowledge and he is passionate about seeing others prosper.

Peter features in the best-selling book Mr Millionaire, which tells the inspiring stories of 16 Aussie blokes who went from broke to mega-millionaire. Peter also features in another best-seller  by Jennie Brown "Property Millionaires".

Prior to investing in property, Peter was a writer for the television program Fast Forward, and the special events manager at Hamilton Island - where he met his first mentor and life friend Keith Williams.
