Opportunities in the Territory

NTPP is the sister company to QPA and manages a client-base of Northern Territory residents looking to invest in property with a focus on capital growth.

Founded by Peter Spencer and his once client and friend Brad Dolahenty, NTPP is run by Brad who is based in Darwin, with regular visits from Peter.

While Brad works directly with our clients, Peter works in the background creating the opportunities that best suit the client's needs and goals.

NTPP works closely with clients to:

  • Establish goals and time frames
  • Educate them about property investing and the ever-changing South-East Queensland property environment
  • Develop a strategy to suit each client's current financial situation
  • Refer to experienced financial advisors and mortgage brokers

Like QPA, NTPP works on the successful property investment principal of using capital growth to purchase more residential properties to build a portfolio in a limited time.

All properties nominated are suited to the client's personal goal and time frame, and fit within strict social, economic and demographic criteria.
