When my husband and I purchased our first investment property I spent months researching different suburbs and talking to many real estate agents before we made a decision on where to buy. A year down the track and although financially we were in a position to buy a second property, mentally I couldn't bear the thought of going through that entire process again. My brother suggested I go to a property seminar with him. In the past I had only heard of bad dealings with property investment groups, needless to say I was very sceptical when I attended the workshop. After listening to everything everyone said on the night it all made a lot of sense to me. Why spend hours of my time researching when these guys were handing me the information on a platter! I made an appointment to meet with them the next day and a few months down the track we have settled on a block of land and building is about to commence. The whole process has been hassle free and exciting.  It has also been a great learning process for us both. There is nothing like having property experts only a phone call or email away to answer any questions. We have not only become clients of QPA, but everyone at QPA has become our friend. We look forward to purchasing our next property in the very near future.
